We had a great stay at this backpacker! The rooms had a nice vibe and were spacious, with a heater that kept us warm. The common room/dining room was like home. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. a comfortable and cute place to stay.
Although the kitchen felt small and cramped, it didn't bother us much as we enjoyed our meals in the common room.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms had beautiful design and artwork. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. Great location near supermarket and restaurants. Free wifi and bike rental. Lovely communal spaces with garden and front yard.
For us it was ideal.

Convenient location, quiet rooms, excellent kitchen.
Squeeking bedroom door (Kiwi), handwash basins with no mixers supplying scalding hot water and cold. Difficult if you like to shave with a brush. Shower was difficult to use as it had come loose from the wall.... drain was half blocked. The dining room was not warm enough on a cold morning. There was nothing really that could not be easily fixed.

The animal design and the spacious room.
Should have lift as some of the traveller carry luggage with them in stead of back pack.

Liked the theme of naming rooms after animals and the historic value of the old presbretory.
Found a cockroach on the bed in our room and one receptionist was unable to answer some basic questions about local facilities.

This hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the town center and offers free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. the lounge and garden are well decorated with a fun animal theme.
The prices for the budget room were too high considering the lack of amenities and distance from the main house.

Stayed with my son..was comfortable and affordable
All was excellent, except felt a bit uncomfortable in the kitchen not sure what belonged to whom in fridges and where I could keep my refrigerated stuff. Probably a room number Tag on each belonging/bagged to help identify would help
